No matter what device you are using, we recommend you use CHROME for your browser.  There are very few problems when you use CHROME.

If you are using SAFARI as your browser, you will have to TURN OFF your pop-up blocker under settings.

We have some caching plug-ins on our site to provide a faster experience for the student.  However, sometimes this can cause confusion on your device.  If you are sure your courses and memberships are active, and you can't see your content or you have recently changed your password, try clearing your cache.  After clearing your cache,  close your browser, and try re-entering the classroom.

You can start any course at any time! Our self-study classes are at your own pace. No waiting around for a new series to start!

Courses are single-subject, while memberships are groups of courses.

If you only need assistance with one or two specific areas, we recommend enrolling in those specific courses.

If you want a more complete training program that covers everything, our memberships are definitely the way to go. It's more cost-effective to bundle!

Start by selecting the Course or Membership you wish to purchase by clicking on ENROLL NOW on that individual page.  You will be directed to Pay Pal to pay with a credit card.  Once the payment is processed, you will be given instant access to the course(s) you purchased.  You will find your courses on your DASHBOARD.

In any individual lesson within a course, at the bottom of the page, there is a POST A COMMENT.  Post your question there and an instructor will reply within 48 hours.

The written materials and the accompanying videos are the intellectual property of Wags & Wiggles Dog Daycare, LLC, and you may not legally share this material without permission. However, you MAY share what you learn in class and indeed we encourage you to do so! As a courtesy, you may also consider giving credit as to where you learned the information. A good deal of time and preparation goes into each class, and the tuition compensates the instructors for their efforts. If you share their materials with your friends, then you are taking income away from the person who created those materials. We have worked hard to keep our fees extremely reasonable with the hope that anyone who needs the information can afford a class. Please do not undercut the system by sharing materials without permission.

No, sorry. Because our instructors are constantly updating their materials and classes, a PDF would quickly become outdated.

To find the student study group for your class on Facebook: Go to Facebook. You must have a Facebook account.  Use this link to find the private group.  Click Join.  You will not be added to the group until we verify you are enrolled in the classroom.  Remember that group admins are volunteers and it may take a day or two for them to review your request.

This facebook page is to post general dog training questions or brags about your training through Wags & Wiggles.  Please use the comment section of any lesson to post questions about specific homework within the classroom.  Please keep your comments friendly.  We reserve the right to remove anyone who posts anything not related to the Wags & Wiggles Online Classroom.

Once you approved, introducee yourself! Tell the group a little about who you are. Now what? Keep the group posted of your progress! Talk about what you're doing and what is or is not working for you. Express your frustrations! Express your joy at your progress! And if you need help? Put up a post!

All of our lessons are based on positive reinforcement.  This means we use rewards (food, toys, etc) to build behavior.  You use a clicker or verbal marker to mark the correct behavior we like.  We do not use leash or verbal corrections.

All courses are self-study.  You go at your own pace.  There are no "missed classes."

You can get help several different ways.  You can post questions or videos in any individual lesson within any course. You can reach out to us via the Contact Us page for email support.  We also offer in facility private lessons as well as virtual private lessons.
